Past a certain age, and we are “over the hill”. That’s when the prime of our life is over and everything starts going “downhill”.

The “hill” comes to all of us. But it hits earlier and at an accelerated pace for our beneficiaries. This can be mitigated and that’s where we come in.

With simple activities, games and exercises, we attempt to delay the course of nature – arrest our beneficiaries’ intellectual decline and keep their flab in check.
